Gear and Gadgets
I admit it.. I am a gadget-freak, both electronic gadgets, travel gadgets and other stuff. But I have tried hard and is now managing this with soberness. But wanting to share good experiences I will list some of it here:
Electronics

HP ProBook 5310m - Stashed with 4GB memory this laptop is really practical, has good performance, good battery time, lightweight and a have a really good feel. The data is synchronised with my server listed below. Windows 7 OS

iPhone 3GS - No doubt that the iphone changed my "phone-life" as it has for many. The possibilities and "created needs" with this phone are endless and it will take a real serious contender to the iPhone to make me go over to other brands again.

The Canon G11 is excellent, delivers both portability, performance and great pictures at the same time. Anxious to get to use it even more.

Thinkstation S20 - This is my server, storing mail, pictures, music, videos, documents etc. It serves as an FTP Server and Remote Desktop so I can get my data from every PC around the world. It has 12GB memory and 2 TB in a RAID5. Windows7 OS.

iPod 120GB Classic - the heart of my music system together with 5 B&W speakers, a Dali sub and a NAD receiver.
Travel Gear

LowePro CompuDayPack is a real practical backpack for the one travelling with some electronic gear. Room for laptops, ipods, cameras and all necessarry adapters together with your travel papers. Practical steady bottom with adjustable departments.

The Samsonite Streamlite is small enough to be considered as carry-on but also holds alot of space. Even if you carry-on or send it, this one will with some planning hold a week worth of clothes etc.

The LifeVenture DriStore Bag is made of tough PU coated waterproof fabric. My one holds 70 litres or 115kg. The great thing is that it takes no extra space in your suitcase but will give you lots of extra space for your new stuff when going home.
