Food & Wine

Life is too short to drink poor wine.

However, each persons taste is different and there is no guarantee everybody loves a certain wine only because it is considered to be “the best ever”.

I have tried wines from france, italy, austria, germany, australia, south africa, spain, portugal, usa, chile and argentina. I have tried good wines at 8$ per bottle and good wines at 150$ per bottle. I still can not pinpoint a certain wine as “the one”, but I have sure tasted a lot of good stuff. And it does not have to be more expensive for a good wine than a bad one. I rather pay just a bit more for a good one than a bad one, but sometimes it is also the other way around. Take good advice from people who know their wine, but do not follow blindly. There are people who limit themselves to “everything above 25$” only because it sounds cool. That is their loss. I hope to be able to share some ideas on good wine, good food and maybe some pairing of the two. Please stay tuned for updates posted.
